1. Plant Manager - Johor
Key Responsibilities
- Handles all aspects of the operations of a manufacturing plant including hiring and training of staffs.
- Developing and enforcing policies and procedures for production methods, quality and safety to ensure safety and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Develop and prepare manufacturing budgets and ensure operations are conducted according to financial budget guidelines.
- Ensuring production or manufacturing goals are met by maintaining staff and capital resources, this include quality assurance practices, equipment purchasing and repair, and negotiating pricing and delivery of materials needed for production.
- Passionate individual willing to work in dynamic and demanding start up environment.
- Strong Engineering Degree holder in Process / Electrical / Mechanical / Software Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment particularly in PV industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of production methods/techniques with strong production control and planning capabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of machine management, logistic planning and operation costing.
- Essential knowledge of both written and verbal English language is a must.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- To be worked at Johor Bahru.
2. Maintenance Engineer - Johor
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of production process, including equipment set-up and maintenance, production/fabrication, test, production training, and machine/tool making
- Responsible for maintenance of production and production testing equipment
- Maintains, repairs and troubleshoots equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime
- Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance program and procedures
- Administers training programs to ensure - proper equipment operation, preventive maintenance, repair programs and procedures
- Maintains inventory of spare parts.
- Develop best practice and implement industrial safety measures for all machinery and equipments within the facility
- Passionate individual willing to work in dynamic and demanding start up environment.
- Strong Engineering Degree or Diploma holder.
- Essential knowledge of both written and verbal English language is a must.
- Prefer with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in PV industry or manufacturing field.
- To be worked at Johor Bahru
3. Marketing Manager - Johor
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for business development and project management
- Identify new requirements and markets for local & overseas territories
- Achieve yearly sales and gross profit objectives of markets assigned
- Develop and maintain a sufficient knowledge and skills of the industries, trends, and issues, to effectively align and apply technologies to meet customer's business need. Work as a team on local and regional deployment projects
- Passionate individual willing to work in dynamic and demanding start up environment. Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of Sales & Engineering Background.
- Essential knowledge of both written and verbal English language is a must.
- Prefer with 3 to 5 years work experience in a Sales Management role in PV industry.
- To be worked at Johor Bahru.
- Willing to travel
4. Automation Engineer - Johor
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for automated machine's Electrical / Pneumatic control design and implementation.
- Assist in testing, validation & troubleshooting of automated machines.
- Carry out PLC programming.
- To provide support, maintain and enhance manufacturing systems application and development.
- Passionate individual willing to work in dynamic and demanding start up environment.
- Strong Engineering Degree or Diploma holder in Automation with knowledge of PLC programming.
- Essential knowledge of both written and verbal English language is a must.
- Prefer with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment particularly in PV industry.
- To be worked at Johor Bahru.
