1. Telemarketing Officer (Beside IOI Mall Puchong Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing database
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound telephonic sales techniques
- Develop effective strategies and effective sales approach to initiate new sales leads
- Follow-up with customers on sales opportunities and to update latest promotion
- Attend to customers' feedbacks or queries via phone call and email
- Maintain and monitor the customer feedback management system
- Able to perform other administrative support functions and coordination of works
- Candidate must posses at lease a Diploma/Post Fraduate Diploma.
- Proficient in English and Malays, both written and oral
- Good administrative and management skills and computer literate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Possess initiative and responsible attitude and a strong team player.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encourages to apply.
- Able to start immediately.
- Training will be provided.

2. Finance and Admin Executive (Beside IOI Mall Puchong Selangor)(2 Vacancies)
Responsibilities:
- Able to perform administrative support functions and accounts activities
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to handle full sets of accounts
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher LCCI /"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Accounts, Finance and administrative field.
- Proficient in English and Malay both written and oral.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Possess initiative and responsible attitude and a strong team player.
- Good Admininistrative and management skills and computer literate.
- At least 2 or 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Full set Accounts and Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
