INEAX is located strategically in the commercial hub of Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam and our working hours are from 9.00am to 6.00pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Internal Sales Support
Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities:
- To work closely with principles and to coordinate shipment with logistics department to ensure on-time product deliveries.
- Sales support to the sales team - assist with cost estimation, preparing quotations and following up with customers on the status of submission.
- To provide any other administrative support to the department such as coordinating of all documentations filing, complying with the existing system.
- All other duties as assigned by the superior.
- Minimum in Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Applicants should be a team player and able to prioritize multitask.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and communication.
- Fresh graduates/candidates with 1 year working experience in Engineering firm are encouraged to apply.
- Customer oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
