Reservation Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Handle all enquiries and reservations in a courteous and efficient manner
- Process a group rooming lists and assist in the preparation of groups for efficient check-in
- Handle all incoming and outgoing facsimile and to take action accordingly
- Aware on future availability and rate restrictions and to sell accordingly
- Other ad hoc duties / tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate or equivalent in related fields
- At least 2-3 years working experience in hotel industry
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and problem solving & analytical skills
- Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload & work within tight deadlines
- Analytical and proficient in oral and written communication

Responsibilities:
- Able to handle basic kitchen responsibilities
- Able to understand the menu and its ingredients, methods of cooking and the duration of preparation
- To constantly checking on outlet’s daily preparation and catering functions
- Administer stock supply and delivery of food items
- Other ad hoc duties / tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate or equivalent in related fields
- At least 2-3 years working experience in hotel industry
- Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload & work within tight deadlines
- Able to meet the deadline & ensuring accuracy of works
Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the general housekeeping operations
- To establish an efficient Housekeeping system and ensure that they are in accordance with the Hotel’s Quality Service Standards
- Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills including grooming to perform their job efficiently and effectively
- Ability to interact and handle guest complaints as to meet their expectations
- Other ad hoc duties / tasks assigned from time to time
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- At least 5-6 years working experience in the similar capacity in the hotel industry
- Possess strong character and good leadership skills in managing subordinates
- Possess good communication skills, excellent command in written and spoken English
- Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload & work within tight deadlines
