1. Sales Coordinator cum Secretary
Job Description (Based in Mutiara Damansara)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the monitoring of dally operations of sales administration & operational functions.
- Provide support on efficiency sales order processing and delivery schedules.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
Requirements:
- Diploma / STPM / SPM with 2 years related working experience. Preferably with experience in sales administration, customers liaison and shipping documsntation.
- Computer literate and well-versed in MS Office Applications.
2. Commercial Coordinator
Job Description (Based in Mutiara Damansara)
Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Team in daily general administration and clerical duties.
- Maintain proper filing system and assist in data processing and data entry.
- Ensure the purchase orders are generated meeting with purchasing contract requirements.
- Possess at least an SPM/ STPM qualification. Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in raw material purchasing or in related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate in MS Office applications
