1. Chief Control System Engineer
Based: Malaysia(Pahang)
Job Description
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Mechanical) with aminimumoflO years' experience as a Systems Engineer in a refinery, petrochemical or mining industry with at least 3 years in a lead engineer capacity
- Must possess PCS and PLC commissioning and troubleshooting experience, excellent knowledge and skills in the programming and configuration of control systems. Able to integrate and configure PCS and sub-systems using Modbus or Profibus protocols. Knowledge in international codes and standards
- Familiar with Delta V system
- Experience in Instrumentation will be added advantage
- Lead the control system team and liaise with PCS vendor
- Provide support on system configuration and programming
- Develop, direct and implement an effective maintenance and improvement strategy of the PCS hardware, software and human-machine interface to achieve high system availability per industry standard
- To provide an effective and efficient management of the Process Control System to ensure that the plant is controlled in a safe and optimum manner
- Develop and implement Alarm Management philosophy
- Develop spare part strategy for Process Control System
- To provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance to run the plant in a safe manner
- Knowledge in OSIsoft PI System will be added advantage
2. Production Planner
Based: Malaysia(Pahang)
Job Description
- Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or other related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience within a refining / petrochemical / chemical industry in process engineering and planning role with at least 2 years in senior planning role
- Responsible to manage, formulate and direct all the production planning, scheduling, yield accounting activities to allow execution of the plant operating plans in the most cost effective manner, and to support the realization of objectives and strategies of the company
- Must possess experience in building simulation models and running scenarios for planning and optimisation of a production facility
- Well verse in mass balance, energy balance and yield estimation using data from plant or empirical data
- Develop monthly Plant Operating Plan and ensure effective implementation of the plan via a meaningful operating guideline by issuing Unit Regulations for Operations Department to run unit at optimum operating mode, maximizing plant's capabilities
- Strong organizing and communication skills
