HR Assistant
Based Klang, Selangor
Responsibilities:
- Maintain staff records, filing systems and updated employee database.
- Assist in employee relation activities, recruitment process.
- Assist in Monthly payroll processing.
- Providing general administrative support and handling HR daily activities.
- To ensure proper documentation, correspondence, report, filling and records are consistent with guideline andprocedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR related matters.
- Others tasks as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate or Diploma in Hum Resources Management of equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in UBS Payroll (Can Handle 200 Workers Payroll
- Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Must possess own transport.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results
- Receiving, generating, updating, submitting and record keeping to all relevant documents accurately
- Prepare monthly report on Delivery Performance, Stock and Inventory Analysis
- Assisting in overseeing the warehouse operations in terms of inventory movements
- To organize stock count and stock reconciliation for variances
- Assisting in planning and ensuring maximum utilization of storage space, equipment and manpower resource
- Do QC on company stocks
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher
- With 2 years working experience in handling construction/ Warehouse
- Based in Klang, Selangor
- Full time position
