HR Assistant
General HR and Administration job.
• To handle and upkeep day to day staffs administrative record such as staff attendance/sick leave/annual leave
• Reviews and maintain proper filling of employee personal file, attendance, overtime claim etc.
• Prepare document for employment and recruitment
• Create ERP and staff code for new employees
• Handles company uniform issues and stock control.
• Replace receptionist work as and when required; screening telephone call, attend to enquries.
• Keep track and order for sundry items use in the office.
• Provide HR administrative support on day-to-day basis.
Job Requirements:-
• Candidate must process at least an advanced/higher/graduate diploma, post graduate diploma, bachelor degree on secretarial, business administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
• Pleasant personality with good phone etiquette.
• Initiative, willing to learn and able to work independent under minimum supervision.
• With service consciousness and willingness on work.
• Fluent in spoken and written and English, Bahasa Malaysia. Conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Can start work with short notice.
