Today, it still has a large presence in Penang and is the largest trade processing centre in Citigroup, providing a range of trade services that include processing of Import Letters of Credit, Structured Trade, Import and Export Funds Liquidations, Import Bills & Collections and Export Bills & Collections. Responsibilities Answers all customer interactions on a timely basis, takes accurate information, raise problem log to relevant parties if necessary for resolution, and to ensure timely response to the customers. Effectively managing all customers complaints by resolving the problem with proper follow through on corrective action Cross sell and up sell other products based on customer needs
Requirement Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM or equivalent with relevant experience or Diploma in any fields Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply Positive attitude and creative in problem solving Self motivated dynamic individuals with integrity, drive, diligence and a passion for high standards of service Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, consultative and problem solving skills Independent and mature character who is proficient in prioritizing needs based on urgency Resistant to stress & able to work under pressure is a MUST Excellent spoken and written communication skills Receptive to feedback Independent and mature character who is proficient in prioritizing needs based on urgency Candidate must be able to work shift hours, on weekend & public holidays
