DESIGN ENGINEER

Job Description
- To translate design concepts into manufacturing reality.
- To translate design drawings into engineering drawings.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to production personnel to resolve any production technical difficulty.
- To advise and recommend material used and manufacturing method in order to achieve cost saving and production efficiency target.
- To generate engineering BOM.
- Support customer - changes in design, sales team and production/site operation team.
- To create design drawing details and systems for fabrication and installation.
- To file drawings for documentation control.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Solidwork, Auto Cad, 3D software (Sketchup, 3D Max, etc), average in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
- At least 2 years working experience in Furniture industry or related field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Arab-Malaysian Industrial Park, Nilai 3.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
