Senior Project Manager/Project Manager
Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall coordination and controls of the projects.

To organize weekly meetings of project management teams and other relevant departments as and when required to identify and to sort out project problems.

To directly supervise the Project Engineers and project control engineers in respect of their daily activities.

Liaising with consultant/authority for the authority clearances.

To ensure that all projects are within contractual schedule, budget and quality requirements in accordance to the KPI(s) set by the Management.

To establish upkeep and report the project control functions.

To be responsible for overall contract administration, variation orders and project billings.

To establish proper system of reporting from sites and inter-departments to ensure smooth project implementation.

To establish a proper project management team and define the job description of each member of the team successful completion of all projects.

To supervise, monitor and control contractors, subcontractors and suppliers for the successful project implementation.

To attend regularly project meeting with clients including site meetings to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements:
-
Operational experience and knowledge for project management activities from the conception up to fabrication, assembly and delivery of skid mounted unit for Oil & Gas treatment

Application of technical knowledge within the field of structure, mechanical and piping. Be familiar with applicable codes, standards, specifications and regulations within O&G industry.

Experience working in project team

At least 8 year(s) working experience in the oil & gas industry

Skill to work in stringent environment requiring organisation, rigours and reactivity
