1. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Sales Support/Despatch
Responsibilities:
Plans and implements daily/weekly work activities to achieve Unit targets according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Records and distributes internal and external correspondences (documents, letters, packages, etc).
Undertakes filing system
Perform general despatch services especially tender/bid documents
Supports overall operations in delivering letters and collecting cheque, deliver goods to customers, banks and etc.
To ensure documents are dispatched and collected as requested on time
Requirements:
Possess SPM or equivalent
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
Able to work independently and a good team player
Proficient in usage of computer
