Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Source and seek out prospective tenants.
- Engage with customers and recommend relevant products based on their needs.
- Able to negotiate and budget leasing term and conditions.
- Provide good quality of customer service and built up strong customer relationship.
- Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation.
- Conduct regular tenant search for the compilation of potential tenant database.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate with shopping mall / retail leasing management background are preferred.
- Proactive approach and good ability to understand customer's needs.
