Job Details:

• Basic Salary of RM 1,750


• Commission - RM5,000 - 10,000 maximum (MONTHLY)


• INTERVIEW LOCATION: Jalan Genting Klang, SETAPAK


• Working Days/Time: MONDAY to FRIDAY (9.30AM - 6.30PM / 11:30AM - 8.30PM) ** Alternate Saturdays if needed.


• Training is provided


• 10 position available (First Come, First Serve Basis)

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact with creditors


• To communicate effectively on the telephone with clients and third parties and be empathetic when dealing with debtors - in particular, you must be comfortable speaking about financial issues.


• Analyze credit data and financial statements of individuals.


• Negotiate payment plans


• Implement changes to improve profitability and reduce bad debt

Requirements

• SPM, DIPLOMA and above with good communication skills in ENGLISH (Main Language) & Bahasa Melayu, Chinese and Tamil


• Open to all race


• Ages between 21 to 35 years old


• FOR MALAYSIAN CITIZEN ONLY


• Can talk to the customer (friendly).


• Must have at least one (1) year Customer Service Call Centre experience especially in a Banking Industry.


• Sales & Call Center experience would be an advantage
