工作时间： 24小时轮班制

Basic salary: RM2500

工作内容：

Resolve customer enquiries and complaints via phone负责通过电话提供优秀的客服服务以妥善处理客户的需求与投诉
Verification of customers' information验证客户记录以确保没有错误信息
Record and prepare the report regarding customer's enquiries and complaints记录客户咨询和投诉的内容并准备相关报告

工作要求：

At least SPM / UEC holder教育程度: 至少SPM / UEC
Able to work 24/7 shift hours能接受24小时轮班制
Good communication skill拥有良好的沟通技巧
Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin拥有英文与华文说话技巧和书写能力
