Job description:
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide effective and prompt customer service to all customers
- To handle and facilitate all transactions with customers
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Proper cash counting and management at the assigned cash counter
- Conduct accurate End-of-day cash counting & reporting
- To work closely with branch team members to achieve branch targets
- Ensure that all transactions are in accordance with Bank Negara Malaysia’s regulations and AML policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM qualification or higher.
- Candidates possessing at least one (1) year working experience in the related field would have an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for this position.
- Preferably candidates with experience specializing in:
- Customer Service
- Cashier / Teller
- Financial Services
- Retail / Branch Operations
- Required language(s):
- Bahasa Malaysia
