Due to our aggressive expansion plans, we are now inviting applications from high caliber people for the following challenging position to fill up in our office:
Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Preparing accounting journal vouchers and updating GL schedule.
- Preparing monthly reconciliation.
- Updating and compiling staff claims.
- Provide clerical support to the department and other ad hoc duties
- Assist in any other accounting related works and /or assignment(s) given by immediate superior.
- To maintain proper filing for all documents.
- Possess a SPM, Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Book-keeping/Accounting / LCCI.
- Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience.
- Pleasant, self-motivated, integrity, accountability, quick learner, good time management skills with sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
- Capable to handling multi-faceted tasks and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software knowledge.
- Required language(s): Mandarin and English.
Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities:
- To provide support to Sales Teams in daily business transactions, project proposal and co-ordination.
- Ensure customers' requests, enquiries and complaints are attended in professional manner and accordance to our company customer service standard to create customers' loyalty.
- Handle order processing, credit application and arrange goods delivery in timely and proficient manner.
- Responsible to prepare quotation to customers promptly and accurately.
- To handle project documentation according to ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
- Possess a Certificate/Diploma in Business Study, Sales & Marketing or any relevant discipline with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in customer service environment, knowledge in products Electrical & Electronic is an added advantage. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant, self-motivated, self-discipline, matured personality, good time management with sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient level of English in Written and Verbal communication.
- Computer literate.
