SOFTWARE CONSULTANT
Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
To provide training, implementation and technical support for AutoCount Business Suite (Accounting/POS/Payroll) via calls, emails, and remote control software to all our customers and dealers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalents.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and other Chinese dialects.
- Experience in Application Software Support and preferably some Customer Services experience.
- Good in problem solving, analytical thinking and self-independent.
- Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, WAN, LAN, VPN.
- Familiar with accounting/Inventory/POS software (AutoCount, UBS, MYOB, SQL Account, SmartPOS,and etc) is an added advantage.
- Basic book keeping knowledge is an added advantage.
- Call center or helpdesk experience is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
