Civil & Structural Architecture Supervisor
Location Bangi / Kajang / Serdang
Responsibilities:
- Able to plan and organize site works independently, self-disciplined, responsible and proactive.
- Responsible for site operation, planning projects, submission & Assist in project certificate by clients.
- Competent in construction & contractual matter.
- Coordinate and monitor sub contractor’s progress and to ensure work in completed according to drawings specifications, construction plan, procedures within the timeline.
- Prepare requisition for materials and ensure all materials and machinery delivered to site conform the purchase order.
- Daily supervision and monitoring of workers, sub-con, machinery and materials at site.
- At least a Certificate/ Diploma/Advanced/ Degree in C&S / M&E / Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the same industries.
- Knowledgeable in computer application.
- Knowledge in QLASSIC / CONQUAS.
- Proficient in both oral & written in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal & analytical skill.
- Able to work independently & maintain confidentiality.
