PROCESS ENGINEER
The Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, optimize and lead the production team to achieve the production target in order to meet business requirements
- To ensure that the factory is properly operated and maintained, production processes and product specifications are closely adhered and ensure product quality
- Analyze process / production and formulate plans to debottleneck plant limitation and enhance overall efficiency, production output and reduction of waste
- Take the lead in driving for continuous improvement for production related efficiency, quality and 5s issues.
- Working closely with Nestle technical team in evaluating and make recommendation/decision on technical option as appropriate.
- Planning, organizing and managing while carry out specific project
- Compile relevant information based on production data
- Providing engineering support to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems
- Develop and implement procedures at the production line.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Gajah.
- Preferably candidates specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations of food & beverages (F&B) or equivalent.
- Proficient in Japanese language is an added advantage.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
