Courier Operations Supervisor (SP Station)

Job description:

• Provides daily courier shipment listing and pick-up schedule of itineraries to Courier Personnel (riders, driver).


• Ensure all courier and parcel shipment are sent to all customers according to Xend's guidelines, customer expectations and government regulations.


• Manage and review logistics routes, solve problems about services, schedule and route changes.


• Responsible to ensure that all vehicles are always in good condition, to ensure delivery routine run smoothly.


• Act as back-up driver/rider when required to ensure accuracy and consistency in daily delivery.


• Supervise 10 or more employees (riders, drivers), responsible for hiring, guidance, training and development of employees.


• Ensure all tools, office facilities and infrastructure work well.


• Use electronic equipment, company vehicles carefully, and handle handling documents welll.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.


• At least 2 years working experience as supervisor or supervision role in courier service related delivery.


• Required skill(s): Basic Computer - word processing, managing people, IT savvy, familiar with usage of tab, mobile apps, tracking system, device.


• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English.


• Can work under pressure and over time.


• Require driving license B2, D. If have GDL D, is a plus.
