Job description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiry, request & complaints.
- Process customer order & billing.
- Maintain proper documentation & filling.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Customer support experience will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in basic English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Able to work on weekends and on shift rotation.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance and supervision.
