Financial Services And Insurance Adviser

Job description:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.


• Required skill(s): Insurance, TBE, CEILI , PCE.


• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English


• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.


• 10 Full-Time position(s) available.

• Deliver world class customer service via telephone


• Provide a polite, professional and accurate response


• Manager customer's expectations and display ownership for customer's requests


• Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customers


• To professionally promote and sell a wide range of Bancassurance Life insurance products to the Bank’s existing and potential customers.


• To provide professional financial advice to a customer based on their need.


• To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service.


• To plan and implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products.


• To act promptly on all leads and sales follow up activities.


• To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
