Job description:
Responsibilities
- Work in an environment that requires front office and phone-based applicant interaction.
- Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Build a customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
- Take ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
- Document scrutiny & collection for visa processing
- Handling customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone
- Ensuring all administration & logistics of passport delivery to consulate/applicant/logistics company etc
- Maintain & record all application data
- Handling of cash & bank related transactions if assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Provide a high level of service to develop long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency with basic computer functions, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous and empathetic
- Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment
