Assistant Restaurant Manager Trainee (ARMT) - (PHD SUNGAI SIPUT)
Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To lead and maximize restaurant sales, profit, customer and operational efficiencies through effective people management.
- Help in building people capabilities in recruitment, selection and training.
- Coordinate and direct restaurant operations staffing functions in each department.
- Play an integral role in delivering good customer service.
- Analytical thinking.
- Able to lead, coach and supervise a delivery business team.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in any F&B related courses).
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Pleasant personality with the ability to work independently.
- Strong leadership, energetic, organized and self-motivated.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates with SPM/STPM/Certificate min 1-2 years experiences in food service industry will also be considered.
