Job Details:
- Basic Salary of RM 1500 - RM 2000
- Commission - RM5,000 - 10,000 maximum (MONTHLY)
- INTERVIEW LOCATION: Jalan Genting Klang, SETAPAK
- Working Days/Time: MONDAY to FRIDAY (9.30AM - 6.30PM / 11:30AM - 8.30PM) ** Alternate Saturdays
- Training is provided
- 28 position available
Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact with creditors
- To communicate effectively on the telephone with clients and third parties and be empathetic when dealing with debtors - in particular, you must be comfortable speaking about financial issues.
- Analyze credit data and financial statements of individuals.
- Negotiate payment plans
- Implement changes to improve profitability and reduce bad debt
Requirements
- SPM, DIPLOMA and above with good communication skills in ENGLISH (Main Language) & Bahasa Melayu, Chinese and Tamil
- Open to all race
- Ages between 21 to 35 years old
- FOR MALAYSIAN CITIZEN ONLY
- Can talk to the customer (friendly).
- Must have at least one (1) year Customer Service Call Centre experience
- Sales & Call Center experience would be an advantage
