Service Center Team Lead

Job description:



General Summary




This position requires a blend of operational and inventory skills. The role reports directly to the Service Center Supervisor. The incumbent is required to execute daily operations in order processing of the Service Center and extending high quality of customer service when handling customers at the counter.




Principal Responsibilities





  • Deliver excellent customer service as per company’s standards

  • Fully understand company’s mission, culture, policies and has good product knowledge

  • Identify customers’ problems and ensure solutions are extended

  • Work closely with the inventory team to ensure sufficiency of stock, packing material and ensure stock accuracy

  • Participate in projects or assigned duties in order to improve productivity and efficiency in the service center

  • Manage and administer the service center daily operation in the absence of Service Center Supervisor

  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Management.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements





  • Minimum 3 years working experience in handling inventory and dealing with warehouse and logistic matter preferably in a retail store, hotel, factory, logistic or any other related field.

  • Experience in handling stock inventory and dealing with warehouse and logistic.

  • Customer-centric, proactive and analytical with strong sense of commitment towards highest standards of service.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Words

  • Able to speak in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.



Education Requirements






  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM or Certificate/Diploma in Logistic Management, Inventory Management, Business Administration or any other related fields.
