Job Details:

• Basic Salary of RM 1750 - RM 2500 (Qualification & Related Working Experience)
• Commission + Incentives - RM2800 maximum (MONTHLY)
• TOTAL SALES TO RM5000
• INTERVIEW & LOCATION WORK: Masjid Jamek KL (LRT DEKAT) & (LRT Dang Wangi)
• OFF Saturday & Sunday
• TARGET (KPI) **there is where the commission received comes in
• 30 position available

Responsibilities

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Organize your payment plan
• Recording fees made
• Organizer file organizer (each job has paper and admin)
• Pursuing debtors and late payments
• Detect a moving debtor without notifying the company (with the help of credit bureaus, telephone providers and post offices)

Requirements

• SPM, DIPLOMA and above with good communication skills in ENGLISH (Main Language) & Bahasa Mealaysia, Mandarin and Tamil
• CAN speak English fluently (to keep up with the standard with the bank)
• FOR MALAYSIAN CITIZEN ONLY
• Sales & Call Center experience would be an advantage
