Your Job Responsibilities :
- Provide fast & timely solutions to all customer related problems
- Professionally and efficiently handle inbound customer enquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
- To produce accurate and timely reports.
- Constantly adhere to company's service standards and guidelines.
What you need to have :
- SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field.
FRESH GRADUATES (Diploma/Degree) ARE VERY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY. Full Training Provided
- MANDARIN SPEAKERS ONLY - Mandarin team is growing with high promotional aspect.
- Able to speak English / Bahasa Malaysia too.
Fully Paid Comprehensive Training will be provided
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Billing, Customer Support, Collection etc) are added advantage but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Willing to work on rotating work schedules but almost Office Hours
- Work Locations : MELAKA, GRAHA MAJU (NEXT TO UiTM CAMPUS)
