SKINCARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Selling skincare products(Cosmeceutical) to pharmacy channel/beauty store


• To develop product sales in assigned territory as defined by the company.


• To provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with customers.


• To achieve sales target set by company.


• Services existing customer accounts, obtain orders, and establish new customer accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.


• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.


• Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.


• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly as well as annual territory analyses.


• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new and existing products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.


• Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.


• Resolve customer’s complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.


• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.


• Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.


• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Medicine, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing or equivalent.


• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Possess own transportation with a valid driving license and willing to travel.


• Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.


• Good communication skills, pleasant personality & interested in skincare.


• Working experience in the pharma industry or beauty skincare industry.
